I grew up in Tennessee most of my life and moved to Texas in 2010. I graduated high school in 2006, then, for 2 years, attended a private university, Maryville College, in east Tennessee. With a crazy schedule of work and school, I later decided I wanted to complete my degree online. So while working in restaurants, I finished my bachelors in Sociology in 2014. Still working in restaurants, I had moved my way to management, before life decided to take me down yet another road. I finally decided to get my alternative certification in teaching. I began teaching in 2017 as a 6th grade Language Arts teacher. In 2019 I was moved to 7th grade as a Texas history teacher. I now teach 7th grade social studies and language arts.
I am married with a family of six from ages 18 years old to 3 years old.
